The office is open Monday-Friday, 7:30 am to 4:30 pm.

This site will give you directions on how to request transcripts and student records as well as phone numbers and department contacts.

PROCEDURES

There are several ways to request official transcripts or school records. You can come into the student records department at the address listed above with your photo ID, OR you can e-mail or fax a request. To e-mail or fax a request, the following information MUST be included:  (for Florida GED records, please scroll to "LINKS" below)

Your name (maiden name if you have married)
Date of birth
Last school attended
Graduation year or last year of attendance
A phone number you can be reached at
Type of records you are requesting (ie: official transcript, immunizations, etc)
Exact name and address where records will be mailed

***IMPORTANT*** Please read the following:

If your transcript is going to a private address, a clear copy of your photo ID (drivers license preferred) MUST be included. If your transcript is going directly to a college you do not need to include the photo ID. If the photo ID is required and not included, this will result in a processing delay of your transcript request.  There are no exceptions to this policy.

Upon receipt of an accurate request, your records will be mailed out within 1-2 business days.
